Storrington Physiotherapy Clinic was established in 2008. We have seven Physiotherapists offering high quality therapeutic assessment and treatment at our two clinics. In addition, we also have a Sports Massage Therapist.
Filipa Barnes

Filipa qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Southampton University in 2001. Following graduation, Filipa worked in the NHS for 5 years prior to moving into the private sector. Filipa has extensive experience in musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative rehabilitation.
As well as working and running the clinic, Filipa works as a Senior Bank Physiotherapist at the Nuffield Hospital in Chichester where she works on the orthopaedic wards.
Outside of work, Filipa enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors
Sean Case

Sean qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Southampton University in 2001. After completing his junior rotations at Southampton General Hospital, he specialised in neurological rehabilitation before moving into musculoskeletal outpatients where he became an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner specialising in spinal care. Alongside this role he has also developed an expertise in shoulders and his practice of treating all body parts. Sean has also gained post graduate qualifications in non-medical prescribing and peripheral joint injections.
Sean completed his Masters in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton in 2017. He presented his Masters Dissertation research findings at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists Conference in 2018 which was published in 2020.
Sean joined Storrington Physiotherapy Clinic since 2010 combining both his NHS role along with private practice. Sean left the NHS at the end of 2025.
Sean also works regularly at Glastonbury and Reading Festivals alongside the onsite medical team Festival Medical Services providing physiotherapy care.
Sean’s extensive clinical experience enables him to provide a diagnosis of a patient’s problem as well as organising treatment, investigations and recovery. Sean has many years of experience of rehabilitation of both complex and long term presentations as well as acute injuries and early diagnostic management and care. Sean is very focussed on holistic care of his clients.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, and endurance cycling.
Declan Nwachukwu

Declan qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Leicester in 2018. Since graduating he has worked in the NHS as a rotational physiotherapist and chose to specialise in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy in 2020.
Since then, Declan has worked within the NHS and private sector in MSK. He is currently transitioning into an upper limb advanced practice role within the NHS. He has particular interests in sporting injuries and shoulder pathologies.
Outside of physiotherapy, Declan is a keen rugby player and plays internationally for the Nigeria Rugby Sevens team. He also enjoys travelling, spending time with family and the occasional bit of golf.
Declan relishes supporting patients to reach their rehabilitation goals and return to their previous activities and hobbies following an injury.
Nick Harris

Nick undertook a degree in Sports Science & Physiology before going on to study Physiotherapy at the University of the West of England, graduating with First Class Honours in 2007.
He has spent the majority of his career working within the West Sussex Healthcare and brings nearly 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal practice. In 2019, Nick progressed into the role of Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within the NHS Musculoskeletal Triage Service, assessing and managing more complex spinal, upper limb and lower limb conditions.
Alongside this, he works as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) within GP practices, where he assesses and triages patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints, providing expert opinion and clear management plans from the outset.
Nick has an interest in neck and shoulder conditions, as well as hip and knee problems. He completed a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2020, further developing his advanced assessment and diagnostic skills.
Outside of work, Nick volunteers as part of the medical teams at Glastonbury and Reading Festivals. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, playing golf and playing guitar in a band — and understands the importance of staying active and returning to the activities that matter most
Sarah Currier

Sarah graduated from the University of Brighton in 2001 and worked in the NHS in south London for 10 years before moving to West Sussex and starting a family.
She developed an interest in pelvic health and undertook specialist training with the POGP (pelvic obstetric and gynaecology physiotherapy) a special interest group of which Sarah is an affiliate member. She treats a wide range of conditions including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.
Lexie Felton

Lexie graduated from the University of Brighton having worked in the NHS for the past 6 years gaining a broad range of experience in different areas of physiotherapy. Alongside working at the clinic, Lexie works full time as a senior rotational physiotherapist in the NHS and has a specialist interest in musculoskeletal conditions and respiratory conditions.
Outside of work Lexie enjoys going to the gym, travelling and reading.
Fiona Bulstrode

Fiona trained at St Thomas’ Hospital and qualified in 1983. Fiona worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore for 9 years and prior to this worked for 2 years in South Africa where she developed an interest in trauma and orthopaedics. On her return she joined and undertook a number of courses including a 2 year musculoskeletal course, qualifying to join the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Fiona has also studied modified Pilates and values the combined concept of core stability, controlled movement and stretching, which she uses in her treatment.
Fiona’s main hobby is tennis, which she plays regularly at high club level and has an interest in tennis related injuries.
Danielle Rogers

Danielle in an experienced and qualified Sports Massage therapist with a Level 3 Diploma which she obtained in 2003. She works with various deep tissue techniques to help reduce muscular tension alongside stretching and mobility work . Her aim is to help people who suffer with aches or pains or are unable to train in their specific sport and help get them back on their feet again.
Danielle is an endurance athlete competing for GB in her age group in Triathlons and Aqua-Bikes. When not busy training, she enjoys walking her dogs with her family or is down at Goodwood in her classic car.
